AboutLet's Connect

Let’s Connect® is an evidence-based parenting program that helps caregivers understand and respond to their child’s emotions and behaviors to build stronger connection, warmth, and resilience.

Our History

Let’s Connect was developed by clinical psychologists currently on faculty at the Center for Resilience + Well-Being (CRW) at the University of Colorado Boulder. Our team brings deep expertise and lived experience in parenting, trauma, resilience, social-emotional development, and supporting the adults who care for youth.

Let’s Connect was first developed with children and single families, then adapted for group sessions, and extended to K–12 educators through RISE: Resilience in Schools and Educators.
